Most contractors warranty their labor for a year. Qualifying work from District West is covered for twenty, on top of whatever the manufacturer covers on the materials.

The Walkthrough
I come to the house, look at the space, and tell you what the job actually involves. If your budget and your plan don't line up, you hear it here.
The Number
Materials, timeline, and the re-engineering that comes with it, written down before anything starts. No allowances that balloon later.
The Work
Same person who walked the space runs the job. You hear from me on progress, and before any decision that changes the plan or the price.
Sign-Off
We walk the finished job together and you sign off. Qualifying work carries the 20-year labor warranty from that day.
